1. Success-Fee Only

  • Unless otherwise agreed, the Success Fee (aka commission or placement fee) is payable once your new hire starts.
  • Our industry-leading 2-Year Free Replacement Guarantee applies to all Permanent Recruitment Appointments / Salaried Hires made on this basis.

Pricing

Placement Fees

  • 10% of the total engagement package for exclusive job orders
  • 15% of the total engagement package for non-exclusive job orders

Payment Options

  • Pay in full once your new hire starts

Pay-As-You-Grow (PAYG)

  • Set any initial amount that works for your budget
  • Pay the balance in equal monthly installments
  • Spread your payments for up to 12 months, interest free

Example: For a $120,000 placement with a 10% fee and a $3,000 initial payment, the remaining balance is divided into 12 monthly installments of $750.

2. Fractional Services

Maybe you don’t need or want to pay an agency, and that’s fine… not everyone does (try cold calling!). But gaps still appear. That’s why we’ve componentised our services to provide practical, hands-on support right where you need it.

Engage us on a daily rate, retainer or project basis to integrate with your team. We can work onsite, remote or in a hybrid setup.

3. Tech Contractors / Labour Hire

Saltworth is a licensed Labour Hire Authority (LHA) provider, ready to meet your contract needs with experienced tech professionals, leaders, and executives who consistently go the distance.

Contractors detest being made to look expensive by agencies. With Saltworth, there are no unknowns!

We don’t play the game of matching your budget just to find the cheapest worker and max out our profits. Saltworth’s charge rates derive from the “Contractor Pay Rate” …we operate a reliable, fully compliant system that runs like clockwork.

Pricing:

  • We supply and payroll contractors at a flat-rate margin, starting at just $100 per day

4. Special Streams

Packaged services without the padding.

Pricing:

  • Special Search & Selection: Fee for service, typically 15% of the total package.
  • Special Teams: Cost-plus a fixed margin capped at $200 per day per consultant.
  • Special “Individuals”: Typically a 15% commission of the total Engagement Value.

Our quotes do not come with added allowances for mishaps, mistakes and magical PM’s!
